The role involves managing major hotel and hospitality reputed company from start to finish, overseeing budgets, schedules, project teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants, with travel to project sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage major hotel and hospitality reputed company

- Work closely with the Director of Operations and Principals

Skills
- 15+ years of construction experience
- Strong hospitality / hotel construction background
- Experience managing reputed company in the $30M–$50M reputed company
- Experience with $10M+ reputed company
- Hotel, resort or restaurant experience
- Strong reputed company and team management skills
- reputed company work history
- Engineering background is a plus
