[Remote] Mainframe Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company of mainframe software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, reputed company reviews, and technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software reputed company
• Assist in the reputed company reputed company and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning
• Contribute to the execution of the software engineering reputed company, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience

• * Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• * Strong programming and debugging skills
• * Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring reputed company
