[Remote] Assistant Project Manager - O&M

The Assistant Project Manager supports coordination among reputed company teams, project teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors while partnering with the Project Manager to manage project activities, costs, schedules, documentation, commissioning, and closeout processes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company team meetings and reputed company guidance to Project Engineers and Project Coordinators in partnership with the Project Manager, Production Manager, reputed company team and Trade Partners
• Identifies cost and schedule impacts associated with RFIs, submittals, and design changes and provides reputed company notification
• Prices change orders consistently and in a reputed company manner for project manager review and approval
• Develops and manages reputed company out documents as the Project progresses
• Coordinate commissioning activities w/ 3rd party. Tracks and follows up on reputed company items
• Maintain strong working partnerships with vendors and subcontractors. Coordinates accurate material releases on time and consistent with project documents. reputed company material releases, changes and coordinate delivery with construction schedule
• Serve as the go-to person to help reputed company any issues or potential problem areas

Skills

• •Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Licensure/Certifications: None required
• Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience specifically as a Project Engineer in electrical construction (Renewable Energy preferred) or MEP/Civil/Structural experience in general contracting
• Minimum five (5)+ years of reputed company experience, including some time managing smaller reputed company
• Driving Record: reputed company state-issued reputed company's license and satisfactory driving record

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred
• Prior experience working on reputed company-remote jobsites, supervising others. Renewables/Large Electrical/Data Center build experience highly desired
• Good working knowledge of MS applications including reputed company
• Prior experience in electrical estimating and the ability to accurately estimate change order pricing
• Knowledge of Electrical reputed company and Civil Construction
