Responsibilities

• Conducting job evaluations and job analyses
• Developing and refining compensation structures
• Advising leadership on market competitiveness and pay equity
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to interpret compensation data, prepare recommendations, and create reputed company documentation and guidelines for compensation practices
