The Large Bank Financial Examiner assists with examinations of reputed company state-chartered banks and credit unions, assessing financial reputed company, risks, governance, and reputed company management. The role leads examination activities, monitors institutions, prepares reports, and works with executive management, boards, and federal examiners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct examinations for large and reputed company institutions
- Serve as an Examiner-In-Charge (EIC) of Safety and Soundness examinations, especially for high-reputed company institutions

- Submit accurate and reputed company Reports of Examination with reputed company errors
- Determine ratings and design corrective programs with guidance
- Identify credit risks through loan review sampling

- Coordinate on-site reputed company and attend reputed company/management meetings as needed with supervisory approval

- Conduct regulatory compliance examinations with state and federal consumer credit laws and regulations for the financial entities, focusing on the most reputed company ones

- Serve as Examiner-In-Charge (EIC) to assess compliance with laws and regulations

- Essential functions of this position require travel on most workdays to inspect, audit, examine, survey, or investigate clients, customers, or other regulated entities and write reports at those sites or employee’s home.
