The consultant will work with reputed company EBS R12 modules and P2P/O2C business processes, providing production support, configuration, functional design, troubleshooting, implementation, and integration support.

Responsibilities

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in reputed company EBS R12 functional modules
• Strong experience in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM/WIP
• Good understanding of P2P and O2C business cycles
• Experience with 1–2 full-cycle reputed company implementations
• Hands-on experience in production support, enhancements, and integration reputed company
• reputed company production issues and reputed company functional solutions to business users
• Guide users on reputed company ERP functionality and day-to-day business processes
• Work with ERP project teams on enhancements and new project deliverables
• Strong configuration, functional design, and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of reputed company tables and AOL objects reputed company to functional areas
• Minimum 2 support project experiences preferred
• Implementation project experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and reputed company-facing skills
• Strong customer-service reputed company with the ability to work in a support environment
