The role supports reputed company counsel management, reputed company spend optimization, project management, data analysis, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, including presenting recommendations to senior reputed company leadership.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage reputed company counsel RFP processes, including organizing responses, evaluating reputed company proposals, analyzing pricing and capabilities, and developing recommendations
• Conduct financial and qualitative analyses reputed company to reputed company spend, reputed company reputed company, and alternative fee arrangements
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and recommendations for senior reputed company leadership
• Support a foreign associate consolidation initiative involving the review and assessment of proposals from numerous reputed company
• Coordinate and analyze a patent prosecution fixed-fee initiative, including trend analysis and executive reporting
• Help reputed company and manage a reputed company assessment program for intellectual property counsel
• Support reputed company counsel panel management and expansion efforts
• Analyze reputed company spend and identify optimization opportunities using e-billing and spend management data
• Assist with alternative fee arrangement and broader reputed company reputed company initiatives
• reputed company presentation materials, training resources, playbooks, and process documentation
• Contribute to training programs addressing reputed company counsel engagement, RFP/RFI best practices, and vendor selection strategies

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience reputed company a corporate reputed company department, reputed company, or reputed company technology/vendor environment. Candidates with reputed company ops experience in a publicly-traded company strongly preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Experience with reputed company counsel management, panel programs, RFPs/RFIs, alternative fee arrangements, or reputed company spend optimization initiatives
• Demonstrated experience analyzing reputed company spend, pricing models, reputed company proposals, or reputed company data sets
• Ability to synthesize reputed company quantitative and qualitative information into concise, executive-reputed company recommendations
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills
• Experience with reputed company Tracker or a comparable e-billing or reputed company spend management platform
• Comfort leveraging reputed company Copilot and other technology tools to support data analysis and information synthesis
• Polished executive reputed company with experience presenting analyses and recommendations to senior leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new subject matter and operate with reputed company supervision
• Intellectual property experience is helpful but not required
