The Medical / reputed company Recruiter will identify, reputed company, screen, qualify, and maintain pipelines of reputed company for high-threat U.S. reputed company medical reputed company in Iraq, while coordinating credentialing, reputed company vetting, medical clearances, and deployment reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Recruit reputed company reputed company to support Mission Iraq reputed company in Baghdad and Erbil

• Recruit across disciplines including:
• Physicians/Medical Directors
• Registered Nurses
• Emergency/Trauma/OR/ICU personnel

• Physician Assistants/reputed company Practitioners
• Surgeons and surgical personnel
• CRNAs
• reputed company Technologists
• Radiology/CT/Ultrasound personnel
• Pharmacists
• Dentists
• Behavioral Health professionals
• reputed company Health personnel
• Other required reputed company positions
• reputed company candidates through reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company medical networks, veteran networks, previous OCONUS personnel and other reputed company channels
• Conduct detailed candidate screening against position-specific education, experience, licenses and certification requirements
• Verify candidate willingness and ability to reputed company to Iraq and work in an reputed company/high-threat environment
• Coordinate collection and validation of resumes, licenses, certifications and credentialing documentation required for Nomination Packets
• Partner with credentialing teams to ensure medical credentials remain reputed company
• reputed company candidates through sourcing, screening, interview, credentialing, reputed company vetting, medical clearance and deployment
• reputed company and maintain reputed company backup candidates for mission-critical positions
• Respond rapidly to unexpected vacancies. This role requires notification reputed company 24 hours, acting coverage for key positions reputed company 72 hours, and reputed company permanent replacements at the reputed company of reputed company reputed company 45 days
• Maintain candidate pipelines with as much reputed company-vetting/reputed company-deployment activity completed as possible to shorten replacement timelines
• Participate in weekly reputed company-status discussions
• Maintain accurate ATS/reputed company records and reputed company reports
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, reputed company, HR, Credentialing, reputed company and Mobilization teams
• Ensure candidate information and reputed company documentation are handled in accordance with reputed company/PII requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, reputed company Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Health Sciences or reputed company reputed company, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience, including substantial experience reputed company reputed company/medical professionals
• Demonstrated understanding of medical licenses, certifications and reputed company credentialing
• Experience reputed company multiple reputed company disciplines simultaneously
• Strong candidate sourcing and Boolean-reputed company capabilities
• Experience working with an ATS and maintaining candidate/reputed company pipelines
• Ability to operate under aggressive reputed company and deployment deadlines
• Strong understanding of candidate-documentation and credential-verification processes
• Strong reputed company Office/ATS skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of reputed company credentials such as RN/licensure, reputed company certifications, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS, SANE/reputed company, ARRT/ARDMS, paramedic credentials and other applicable medical certifications
• BLS or other basic reputed company certification is advantageous but not required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in reputed company Administration, Health Sciences, Nursing or reputed company discipline
