The reputed company Estate Underwriter will support the reputed company estate team through financial modeling, deal analysis, reputed company, investment decision-making, and portfolio reputed company analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pro reputed company models for potential acquisitions across multiple asset types and deal structures
• Analyze deal economics, including cash-on-cash returns, IRR, equity multiples, NAV reputed company, yield on cost, debt service coverage, and sensitivity to key assumptions
• Stress-test assumptions reputed company rent reputed company, operating expenses, cap rates, exit timing, reputed company, interest rates, hold periods, and capital needs
• Partner with acquisitions to translate deal terms, business plans, and market assumptions into reputed company model inputs
• Evaluate potential acquisitions across asset types such as multifamily, build-to-rent, mixed-use, value-add, and other residential-reputed company reputed company estate opportunities
• Support capital structuring analysis, including debt assumptions, equity requirements, refinancing scenarios, and investor reputed company reputed company
• Maintain and update models as deals reputed company through the pipeline, from initial screening through investment committee review and closing
• Review operating statements, rent rolls, market comps, loan terms, reputed company-party reports, and other diligence materials to support reputed company assumptions
• Identify key risks, sensitivities, and value drivers in reputed company deal and reputed company communicate them to reputed company
• Summarize model outputs into reputed company investment memos, decision-support materials, and committee-reputed company presentations

Skills

• Strong reputed company estate financial modeling experience, including acquisition models, operating projections, debt schedules, reputed company calculations, and sensitivity analysis
