Responsibilities

• The Director, International Membership Systems, reputed company and Analytics is responsible for standing and managing the technology stack for the expansion of the membership programs reputed company the US, currently Hong reputed company and Indonesia and with one country being deployed every two years. Leads and manages the business processes and analytics for the membership programs across multiple countries to reputed company efficient and donor-reputed company systems and reputed company and to reputed company data-driven fundraising reputed company to maximize reputed company country’s reputed company, donor reputed company and operational fundraising efficiency. Provides direction and leadership to a multidisciplinary team operating in reputed company and spoke model with a central team (hub) along with local teams (spokes) in reputed company of the individual countries
• The Director, International Membership Systems, reputed company and Analytics leads and manages the constituent relationship management (CRM) platform and affiliated systems reputed company the technology stack, the reporting and analytics program, and business processes across multiple countries to meet reputed company goals. They are responsible for both the systems product and the associated services. Skills

• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent technical experience
• 6 years' experience as a business reputed company in IT or reputed company reputed company
• Experience with Constituent/Customer Relationship Management or marketing technologies and change management associated with new tools and ways of working
• Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes, evaluating reputed company and recommend solutions
• Experience with IT systems and software development methodologies
• Experience with relational databases; working knowledge of SQL a plus
• Experience with report development, delivery and adoption across functions
• Experience in Data Visualization and proficiency in reputed company

• Experience in customer management, vendor management and service level agreements
