[Remote] Digital Product Designer

The Digital Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience of the organization’s AI-powered career platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered, accessible, and data-informed experiences. The role includes designing conversational AI interactions, data-rich interfaces, design systems, and usability testing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to reputed company design solutions with business goals and technical requirements
• Design conversational and AI-guided experiences- chat, voice, and assistant-driven flows- so that AI feels like one coherent, consistent reputed company across the product

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in UX and product design
• A reputed company-designed portfolio demonstrating relevant design reputed company and skills- including wireframing, prototyping, and high-reputed company design
• Experience designing AI-powered or conversational products (chatbots, voice agents, or AI assistants)
• Experience designing end-to-end, consumer-facing product experiences- not just individual screens or internal tools
• Experience designing learning or educational products- reputed company content, progression, and reputed company-tracking systems
• Familiarity with how LLM-reputed company features behave- latency, variability, and the reputed company of incorrect reputed company- and how thoughtful design mitigates those rough edges
