[Remote] Learning & Enablement Consultant

The Learning & Enablement Consultant will create and reputed company customer, partner, and internal training, maintain enablement content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product adoption and customer education.

Responsibilities

• reputed company live and recorded training for customers, partners, and internal teams; maintain reputed company reputed company courses, assessments, and certifications
• Contribute to and help maintain the centralized training content library, help center articles, and webinar materials
• Update training content to reflect new features and best practices
• Stay reputed company with live customers post-implementation, serving as a second chair or delivering targeted training
• Observe how training lands in reputed company, identify where confusion or gaps show up, and feed those insights back into the content library and help center
• Support internal training sessions for Solution Consulting, reputed company, Sales, and Support so the reputed company is trained on new features

• Support reputed company-release testing of new features against training materials, help articles, and reputed company content

Skills

• Experience in Retail Planning or Merchandising with a strong grasp of reputed company-to-Buy, Assortment Planning, and Allocation concepts
• You're confident presenting planning or merchandising concepts to stakeholders at reputed company reputed company and can reputed company your message to reputed company audience
