[Remote] Regional Director of Finance

The Regional Director of Finance provides reputed company financial leadership and operational reputed company for a regional portfolio of hotels, partnering with reputed company, general managers, ownership reputed company, and corporate leadership to reputed company profitability, financial reputed company, and long-term asset value reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Provides reputed company financial leadership and operational reputed company for a portfolio of hotels reputed company an assigned region
• This role partners closely with Regional reputed company, General Managers, Ownership reputed company, and Corporate Leadership to reputed company profitability, ensure financial reputed company, and support long-term asset value reputed company
• This role must be flexible with travel and available for on-site placement at hotel properties as needed, with assignment lengths varying

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company hotel finance/reputed company experience, including property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business required
• Experience supporting multiple hotels or resorts, ideally in a decentralized reputed company model
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and hospitality reputed company standards (e.g., USALI)
• Background with full-service hotels or resorts
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Mixed-use or condo-hotel experience is a plus
