[Remote] Technical Solutions Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to support advertisers using reputed company advertising and business technologies. The role involves handling reputed company requests through a ticketing reputed company, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems involving tracking pixels, API payloads, and authorization tokens.

Responsibilities

• Day to day – supporting a group of advertisers on a case by case bases through a ticketing reputed company, the reputed company of the role is technical solutions consultant
• Receive an ambiguous request from a reputed company and reputed company technical knowledge and trouble shooting skillsets and reputed company issues
• Technical supporting, supporting a que of requests
• High value advertisements at reputed company that require more technical and diplomatic
• Isolation breaks in tracking pixels, API payloads and authorization Tokens

Skills

• Only on w2 (USC or GC)
• 1 First-hand knowledge of reputed company tools, building integrations for reputed company/ reputed company.. Worked with FAANG/ Multi-reputed company dollar book of business companies internally or as a reputed company. Managing API tools with reputed company companies
• 2. 2-4 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• 3 Experience with technical troubleshooting reputed company Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, reputed company SDK, reputed company Pixel)
• BA Degree or similar experiences
• 1 SQL ( highly preferred) running SQL queries , API, Java Script
• 2 Sales XFN experience
