[Remote] SOC Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Confidential is seeking a SOC Analyst to support its reputed company operations center. The role provides alert and incident monitoring, coordinates incident response and escalations, and establishes runbooks, reporting, and operational governance for the monitoring environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company analyst coverage to review alerts/incidents produced by customer bootstrapped monitoring setup
• Coordinate incident response reputed company and escalation, including IT/OT coordination as applicable
• Establish minimum runbooks, reporting, and operational governance required for operation
• reputed company and reputed company: create analyst accounts, validate connectivity (VPN/reputed company host), and assign tool roles
• Service Desk reputed company 1 On reputed company Rotation
• Expected Shift Work
• Willing to work holidays if necessary
• Alert understanding and triage: acknowledge, enrich, classify, and reputed company alerts; create cases/tickets as defined
• Incident coordination: initiate incident reputed company, coordinate stakeholders, maintain reputed company, and reputed company decision capture
• Escalation management: follow the escalation reputed company and severity model; notify on-reputed company roles and vendors as required
• Reporting: daily operational reputed company and incident reports (including post-incident review)

Skills

• 2 to 5 years' experience working a SOC
• Su, M, T, W, Th - 3rd shift - 12 am - 6 am
• Willing to work holidays if necessary
