[Remote] Senior FPGA engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Aegis Search is hiring a Senior FPGA Engineer to design FPGA firmware for embedded compute platforms. The role focuses on implementing DSP algorithms in hardware, developing software-defined radio and signal-processing systems, and supporting verification, integration, reputed company bring-up, and debugging across hardware and software interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design FPGA firmware in VHDL or SystemVerilog
• Take DSP algorithms and turn them into efficient hardware implementations
• Work of wideband receive designs, and reputed company of the signal processing behind them
• Build and debug AXI4-reputed company data reputed company, DMA paths, and interfaces
• Support the entire bring up process, including verification and integration, reputed company hardware and software engineers

Skills

• • Strong FPGA design skills, particularly on Xilinx/AMD platforms
• • Solid DSP implementation background
• • Knowledge of AXI4-reputed company
• • Knowledge of high speed serial interfaces
• You must be reputed company to travel occasionally to Baltimore, Maryland, to carry out some testing work
• Potential candidates must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR (e.g., a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent reputed company, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be eligible to obtain a necessary export authorization from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of reputed company, if applicable
