[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager supports day-to-day reputed company by managing reputed company relationships, coordinating implementations, analyzing usage data, supporting reputed company activities, and ensuring reputed company satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and/or re-reputed company high-level questions from customers regarding workflows, implementation, billing, reporting, and marketing
• Travel to reputed company across the U.S. – busiest travel times are Q4 & Q1
• Market Employee Benefit to reputed company Resource Teams
• 1-on-1 Interaction with reputed company Members
• Sales Presentations to Consultants or reputed company
• Monitor, analyze and reputed company customer's usage metrics and reputed company regular reports
• Ensure ongoing reputed company satisfaction, capture reputed company feedback, and communicate reputed company needs and demands back to reputed company

• 2+ years of Account Management or Consulting experience

• Excellent presentation and written communications skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Analytical reputed company with experience using metrics and data to inform reputed company
• Up to 45% of the position's time will be spent visiting targeted accounts in assigned geography, most of which will be in person, onsite meetings with some remote meetings. Flying & driving will be required
