[Remote] Candidate Recruiter

The role owns provider relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, evaluates and places candidates, supports reputed company, maintains reputed company data, and partners with Account Managers to meet reputed company reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, recruit, and engage reputed company CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, and other reputed company providers using multiple reputed company channels, networking, referrals, job boards, reputed company media, and reputed company reputed company
• Build, reputed company, and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company and passive provider candidates to support reputed company and reputed company reputed company needs
• Conduct proactive reputed company campaigns to identify high-reputed company talent in targeted markets
• Attend recruitment conferences, career fairs, networking events, and industry meetings to expand provider relationships and promote the organization
• Conduct initial phone screenings and comprehensive interviews to evaluate provider qualifications, experience, availability, compensation expectations, licensure, and overall fit
• Present reputed company providers to Account Managers for reputed company consideration
• Coordinate provider interviews and maintain ongoing communication throughout the interview and selection process
• Facilitate offer discussions, assignment acceptance, and placement execution while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience
• Partner with Account Managers to reputed company provider qualifications with reputed company requirements and reputed company priorities

• Maintain regular contact with providers before, during, and after assignments to encourage retention, reputed company, and reputed company placement opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required with a preferred course concentration in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company or a reputed company reputed company
• Will consider equivalent work experience of eight (8) years in a reputed company reputed company in lieu of bachelor's degree
