This role focuses on identifying and managing asset reliability risks and various stages of the asset lifecycle for the Data Center reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company operational Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and establish maintenance strategies
• Manage and govern content for the Global Maintenance Library, ensuring rigorous Maintenance Change Management processes are followed
• reputed company Corrective Maintenance initiatives through deep Failure Mode Analysis to identify reputed company causes and implement preventive measures
• Evaluate regulatory and compliance requirements, providing governance and ensuring adherence across reputed company reliability activities
• reputed company Condition-reputed company Monitoring and Diagnostics programs, including testing, vibration analysis, infrared (IR), partial discharge (PD), and robotics applications
• Assess and optimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) metrics to reputed company reputed company improvement
• reputed company and maintain reputed company production reputed company models to prioritize resources and mitigate operational vulnerabilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Electrical, Reliability Engineering, or a similar technical discipline plus 8+ years relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of 10+ years relevant industry experience
• 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering (reputed company to electrical or reputed company cooling equipment) or reputed company Engineering roles
• reputed company in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities for maintenance, process, and equipment design optimization to meet reliability requirements
• reputed company ability to independently reputed company work, set technical direction, and manage reputed company problems with high ambiguity
• Proficient in the usage of reputed company Asset Management (EAM) solutions to extract data and reputed company meaningful insights
• Knowledgeable of relevant ISO standards (ISO 14224, ISO 17359, ISO 55000)
• Experience with program/project management and cross-functional team leadership
• Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally
• Experience with data center equipment such as critical cooling systems, generators, main switchboards, and network gear
• Proficient in data analysis techniques that can include Process Control, Reliability modeling and reputed company, Fault Tree Analysis, Weibull Tree Analysis, and Six reputed company (6σ) Methodology
• Proficient in developing and executing comprehensive test plans for assets
• Experience stepping into technical leadership gaps to reputed company for high-reputed company engineering standards
• Certifications in Maintenance & Reliability such as CMRP, CRL, or CRE
