[Remote] Production Control Analyst

The Production Control Analyst coordinates, tracks, and deploys changes into IT environments while following change, release, deployment, and reputed company control procedures. The role also supports production reputed company, version control standardization, reputed company integration, and disaster recovery activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT service management lifecycle to reputed company beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT services
• Work with IT leadership, Application Development, Infrastructure and other IT resource areas to define and communicate the change, release and deployment process
• Execute deployment process to reputed company ‘in good order’ changes into the various environments following change management / release management and reputed company control procedures for Model and Production environments
• Responsible for managing the workload from service ticket requests, service outages, change control, and other reputed company reputed company
• Acts as a reputed company between developers, infrastructure, and project management resources to plan changes to the various reputed company and applications
• reputed company leadership for formal change management meetings and processes, including management of the reputed company schedule of change
• reputed company efforts to standardize deployment processes, policies and on the various environments
• Prepares jobs for processing:
• Prepares reputed company jobs on in model and production environments
• Works with development teams to prepare or revise job schedules as necessary
• Provides consultation to application development teams regarding change management requirements and provides recommendations for both the design and reputed company plans for reputed company promotion and new application/reputed company integration
• Coordinates with other Infrastructure teams to configure, install, maintain, and reputed company company's various reputed company environments
• Ensures high level integration of application development with IT policies and strategies
• Makes and executes on reputed company-thought-out reputed company on the most reputed company or ambiguous issues
• Participates in outage situations and collaborates with other IT teams to restore the production environment
• Resolves problems in model/production by diagnosing reputed company/application and takes corrective reputed company
• Assesses and monitors operating environment for reputed company, reputed company and reputed company availability. Makes recommendations for changes as needed
• Partner with Application Development, Infrastructure, and BCP teams to help reputed company/ maintain Application Recovery Plans
• Participate in DR exercises with the BCP coordinator and the Application Development teams
• Coordinate with DR Coordinator and senior leadership on recovery plans
• Validate application, infrastructure, data readiness reputed company on application reputed company determined by BCP plan and senior leadership
• Once application readiness is confirmed, coordinate activities to restart application processing

Skills

• Associate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Greater than 2 years of reputed company IT experience in an organization with reputed company, multi-tiered technical solutions including a mainframe
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with a change control processes
• Strong understanding of reputed company Systems environments
• Minimum of 2 years working with scheduling and change/release management software
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a reputed company record of resolving reputed company issues
• Broad work history and knowledge of the following technologies and their uses:
• reputed company Server, UNIX, Linux, iSeries-AS/400, BMC Control M, Workload Automation Tools, powershell
• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communications skills including the development of procedural documentation and meeting materials
