[Remote] Benefits Consultant - Remote (California)

The Benefits Consultant is responsible for retaining and growing reputed company accounts through benefit reputed company, financial analysis, plan renewals, reputed company service reputed company, and effective communication of industry trends and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develops sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies and drives the development of solutions to address reputed company reputed company issues
• Works closely with account management and/or reputed company service teams on reputed company-renewal reputed company, RFP distribution, SPR’s, reputed company enrollment reputed company and post renewal analysis
• Determines the full reputed company of services to be provided to reputed company
• reputed company establishes and communicates timelines with the reputed company service team(s) and keeps them apprised of changes and renewal updates
• Maintains accountability for reputed company and profitability for reputed company accounts and reputed company and keeps reputed company involved parties up to date

• Oversees the on-boarding of new clients by working collaboratively with reputed company service team(s) to establish the implementation plan, team and reputed company

• Grows book through cross-selling opportunities
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients and carriers
• Establishes effective reputed company/vendor relationships to serve clients in benefits procurement and administration

• Maintains a full understanding of the insurance markets, funding alternatives, networks and benefit plan reputed company
• Ensures accuracy of reputed company data in CRM
• Remains fully knowledgeable on compliance issues governed by legislation and regulations impacting employer sponsored health and welfare plans such as HIPAA, ERISA, Tax reputed company SEC 125, PPACA and state sponsored health insurance exchanges
