[Remote] Sr. Consultant, Organizational Design

The Sr. Consultant, Organizational Design will reputed company organizational research and design work, analyze findings, reputed company actionable recommendations and ROI analyses, and create implementation roadmaps for a Fortune 100 reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive reputed company research studies to inform organizational design and optimization strategies
• reputed company research methodologies, including reputed company reputed company, stakeholder interviews, surveys, market research, benchmarking, and other qualitative and quantitative research approaches
• Conduct hands-on research and facilitate conversations with stakeholders across multiple organizational reputed company and local markets
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify organizational trends, opportunities, gaps, and improvement areas
• reputed company ROI and business reputed company analyses to evaluate potential organizational changes and recommendations
• Translate research findings into reputed company, actionable organizational design recommendations

Skills

• This is a remote role that requires travel, estimated at approximately six trips over the course of the engagement to conduct research

• Demonstrated experience supporting large Fortune 100 organizations in organizational research, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, reputed company, transformation, or reputed company consulting engagements
• Hands-on experience designing and conducting reputed company research studies
• Experience with reputed company reputed company, stakeholder interviews, organizational assessments, benchmarking, and research-driven reputed company development
• Proven ability to take an engagement from research → analysis → recommendations → roadmap → implementation planning
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate reputed company findings into practical business recommendations
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills

• Bachelor's degree is required
