The Home Health Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and sourcing across clinical and other functions, partnering with hiring managers, evaluating candidates, managing offers, and supporting diversity and reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full life-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation and communication
• reputed company sourcing strategies in partnership with leadership, as reputed company as candidate pipelines for specific positions
