[Remote] DevOps Engineer

The DevOps Engineer will design and operate AWS infrastructure, reputed company CI/CD pipelines, support reputed company applications and data workflows, and implement secure automation and observability practices. The role also involves architecture reviews, documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, or CDK.• reputed company and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing, secure deployments, and environment consistency
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting for reputed company systems using CloudWatch, OpenSearch, reputed company reputed company, or similar tools.• Support deployment and operational lifecycle of reputed company applications using services such as reputed company, API Gateway, reputed company/EKS, S3, reputed company Functions, SQD, SNS, EventBridge, and Fargate
• Automate configuration management, environment provisioning, and operational workflows using Python, Bash, and other scripting languages

• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams, software engineers, and data teams to ensure secure, reliable reputed company operations

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting production environments as a DevOps, reputed company, or SRE engineer
• Minimum 5 years of experience with AWS services and reputed company-reputed company architectures
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., reputed company Actions, reputed company runners,  reputed company CI, Jenkins)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, or CDK)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with containerization and container orchestration (reputed company, reputed company, EKS, or Fargate)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Ansible for automation tasks
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing automated testing, static analysis, and reputed company scanning reputed company pipelines
• Minimum 2 years of experience integrating reputed company, ingesting data, and supporting reputed company-based data workflows
• Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting reputed company reputed company environments and optimizing reputed company performance
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating reputed company documentation, runbooks, and operational workflows
• Ability to obtain a reputed company Trust Clearance
• Undergraduate degree/bachelors degree
• Experience supporting modern reputed company-end teams by managing API infrastructure and backend data delivery
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity working with large data feeds or reputed company systems
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, compliance automation, and secure reputed company design
• Experience with AWS networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, reputed company 53, reputed company reputed company, NACLs)
• Experience with Linux/Unix administration and reputed company-line tooling
• Background with monitoring and observability tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, OpenTelemetry)
• Experience with AI/ML or data processing pipelines is a plus

• Exposure to compiled languages (C, C++) is a plus but not required
