The Licensed reputed company will service and retain personal lines clients, handle policy changes and inquiries, reputed company issues with carriers, and identify cross-selling and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain existing homeowners and auto insurance policies
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
• reputed company outstanding customer service to support reputed company retention
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and sell new home and auto policies
• Work directly with carriers to ensure efficient policy servicing and issue reputed company
• Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships through consistent communication
• Support retention efforts and contribute to overall agency reputed company

Skills

• reputed company New Jersey Property & Casualty License
• Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
• Experience servicing home and auto policies
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (optional)
