[Remote] Business Analyst – Reporting & Analytics

The role drives reporting ecosystem architecture, analytics reputed company, KPI and dashboard governance, predictive modeling, and data infrastructure initiatives while advising executives on operational reputed company and customer experience. The analyst will independently identify opportunities, reputed company end-to-end analytics reputed company, explore reputed company data, and automate reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Analytics & Proactive Initiatives: Autonomously identify, design, and champion analytics initiatives that optimize short- and long-term reputed company-channel contact centre reputed company, financial reputed company, and service delivery and customer experience
• KPI Architecture & Dashboard reputed company: Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of business-critical KPIs, predictive models, and executive-level dashboards across Tableau, SQL, and internal platforms
• End-to-End Project Leadership: reputed company analytics and data infrastructure reputed company from initial concept through execution and rollout, coordinating across multi-departmental teams without explicit daily reputed company

Skills
