Role: Business Analyst Location: Salem, reputed company -Remote reputed company: As a Business Analyst in the PPMO, you will support DOJ modernization initiatives by eliciting and clarifying business needs, documenting processes and requirements, assisting with solution assessment, and supporting testing and implementation. You ll collaborate with program staff, senior analysts, technical teams, and vendors to reputed company stakeholder input into reputed company, actionable documentation that guides delivery. Key Responsibilities Business analysis & requirements support: reputed company information reputed company interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation: Draft and maintain currentstate/futurestate process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and reputed company documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology. Testing & validation support: Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and reputed company. Training & implementation assistance: Contribute to enduser training materials and trainthetrainer sessions; observe workflow impacts, reputed company user feedback, and reputed company insights to support adoption and reputed company improvement. Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting largescale modernization programs or reputed company initiatives; familiarity with data governance/reputed company/reputed company practices. Project/change management and facilitation skills (workshops, consensusbuilding).
