reputed company are seeking a Bilingual Spanish P&C Licensed reputed company to reputed company excellent customer service in a fast-reputed company, high-volume environment. Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory for this role.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English – REQUIRED.
reputed company Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines Agent License in the reputed company state.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior customer service or reputed company center experience, preferably in a fast-reputed company, high-volume environment.
Comfortable handling back-to-back calls while navigating multiple systems.
Ability to work flexible schedules reputed company operating hours of 7:00 AM–2:00 AM EST, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to accommodate schedule changes with short notice.
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with goals reputed company to: Customer Experience (CX)
