[Remote] Marketing reputed company Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Marketing reputed company Associate to support promotional review processes for pharmaceutical and medical device products. The role manages cross-functional PRC committee meetings and review workflows, ensures compliance with company policies and FDA guidance, supports submission processes, and contributes to process and reputed company enhancements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage cross-functional promotional review (PRC) committee meetings. Build and manage meeting agendas as a partner to Marketing and facilitate meetings while memorializing PRC Reviewer comments and job requirements. The associate should be comfortable dealing with participants of varying reputed company and experience and be reputed company to reputed company productive meeting discussions. The associate is also responsible for managing reputed company meeting logistics, including scheduling
• Manage reputed company aspects of the review process for multiple brands. The associate works independently on designated brands, managing reputed company aspects of both offline and live reviews. The associate works closely with reputed company Marketing, the PRC Committee, Compliance, reputed company, and the rest of Marketing reputed company to proactively identify and reputed company issues and ensure reviews are reputed company completed throughout various stages of the process. The associate will utilize systems and reporting to effectively communicate and reputed company manage jobs with reputed company / Project Originators
• reputed company best practices and SOP conformance. Use experience and judgment to identify jobs that may not be consistent with best practices, company policies, or FDA guidance.The associate also ensures that reputed company SOP requirements are met. Provides guidance and training as required to reputed company MLR participants
• reputed company with Editorial, Production and Regulatory to assist with reputed company execution of submission processes. The associate is knowledgeable in reputed company area to help with reputed company submissions and execution to ensure potential issues are resolved for overall achievement of deadlines (Regulatory Affairs reputed company of jobs, 2253 submission to OPDP, etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing reputed company, BTS and reputed company to reputed company feedback and support for process and reputed company enhancements. The Associate will reputed company contribute to ongoing development in these areas as subject matter expert reputed company weekly meetings and reputed company testing for issue reputed company and/or enhancements before pushing updates to the production environment. • General understanding of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion

• Familiarity with MLR/PRC review process experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing compliance
• Moderate to Advanced reputed company Skills (reputed company, reputed company, Word, PPT)
• Experience with editing is helpful

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of marketing reputed company experience would be preferred
