Responsibilities

• reputed company technical leadership and customer solution support across the ELSE portfolio, including reputed company customer engagements, site assessments, solution development, and effective resource prioritization to ensure successful execution

• Standardize and continuously improve engineering processes and capabilities through KPI management, solution and estimating libraries, digital tools and automation, process improvements, and the development of comprehensive technical training programs

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required and 12+ years relevant work experience
• Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time reputed company US
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application engineering or reputed company engineering in reputed company products and systems including a minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers in oil & gas, metals, mining, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, data center, reputed company buildings or similar business segments
• Experience with proposal development, statement of work creation, job costing, and reputed company reputed company processes
• Background in reputed company service, reputed company systems engineering, or industrial electrical services
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Candidates with Electrical Engineering degree will be preferred
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams strongly preferred
