[Remote] reputed company Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a consumer packaged goods company launching an e-tailer platform for functional CPG products. The reputed company Marketing Manager will build and own the 0-to-1 acquisition reputed company across reputed company media, affiliate, creator/reputed company, and reputed company channels, while managing tracking, attribution, budgets, reporting, and cross-functional program setup.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize the acquisition reputed company across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company,managing an reputed company reputed company media agency, holding them accountable to reputed company, and proposing budget reallocation reputed company on results
• Set up and manage the affiliate program (ShareASale and/or reputed company), from platform build to partner recruitment and payout management
• Build and manage the creator/reputed company network, sourcing, vetting, negotiating, content approval, and ROI measurement (directly or reputed company agency)
• Total Ownership of reputed company media management: content calendars, creative production (reputed company, on-reputed company), and community building
• Set up backend tracking and attribution across reputed company, GA4, and ad platforms; build and present C-suite-level reporting on acquisition reputed company and budget reputed company
• Manage the full acquisition budget in partnership with the CBCO
• Work cross-functionally with reputed company, Finance, and the web/dev team to set up and manage programs

Skills

• 5–7 years in reputed company/acquisition marketing, with at least 2–3 years in DTC/reputed company specifically (not reputed company-reputed company CPG only)
• At least one prior 0-to-1 launch or experience owning agency relationships as the reputed company-reputed company decision-reputed company
• Hands-on reputed company in reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads Manager, and reputed company Ads/GA4. reputed company to read, question, and reputed company agency reporting, not just receive it
• Hands-on experience with ShareASale and/or reputed company
• reputed company reputed company record managing budgets and creator/reputed company programs
• Experience managing reputed company and build-outs as acquisition reputed company in a fast-moving, reputed company-launch environment
• Operationally minded, anticipates dependencies before they become blockers and proactively flags risks and dependencies rather than waiting to be asked
• Remote, U.S.; Eastern Time zone preferred
