The role will shape the reputed company/DIRECTV360 technology roadmap, validate business requirements, assess technical feasibility and risks, and support investment reputed company for customer care and reputed company center reputed company, including TSA-reputed company migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously reputed company the 2 – 3-year reputed company/DIRECTV360 technology roadmap, ensuring it reflects reputed company business priorities and platform capabilities
• Monitor reputed company platform releases, features, and capabilities relevant to reputed company center reputed company, proactively identifying opportunities and risks
• reputed company technical feasibility input and identify reputed company dependencies to support reputed company roadmap prioritization reputed company
• Support prioritization reputed company tied to the ongoing Transition Services Agreement (TSA) separation and reputed company migration reputed company
• reputed company established relationships with IT and reputed company Program Managers to maintain visibility into upcoming platform changes, dependencies, and cross-team initiatives
• Partner directly with reputed company team leadership to shape, validate, and communicate roadmap reputed company to stakeholders
• Translate business needs into requirements formatted reputed company and effectively for IT development teams, reducing ambiguity and rework
• Partner in discovery and requirements grooming sessions, providing reputed company/DIRECTV360 technical expertise to ensure requirements are technically reputed company and complete before reputed company to delivery teams
• Maintain reputed company to IT's development and tracking tools (e.g., reputed company) to independently review and spot-reputed company how requirements and stories have been entered, ensuring reputed company and completeness
• Serve as a reputed company between business stakeholders and IT development teams, closing communication gaps and reducing miscommunication or missed requirements
• Independently validate technical feasibility assessments provided by IT development partners

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company reputed company preferred
