The Senior Water and Wastewater Permitting and Compliance Project Manager will reputed company reputed company water and wastewater permitting, compliance, reputed company water protection, and environmental programs for data center and other clients, while mentoring staff, advising clients, and supporting national business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage large, reputed company national-reputed company water and wastewater permitting and compliance reputed company, including senior-level technical analysis and regulatory reputed company development across multiple regulatory jurisdictions

• reputed company regulatory and permitting strategies for municipal and industrial drinking water, wastewater, pretreatment, reputed company water withdrawal, and reuse reputed company throughout the U.S
• Manage the preparation and submission of permit applications and compliance programs under NPDES, general permits, surface water and groundwater withdrawal permits, and water reuse programs reputed company
• reputed company regulatory reputed company for reputed company Drinking Water reputed company compliance programs for utilities and industrial clients
• reputed company national response efforts for Notices of Violation (NOVs), corrective actions, enforcement negotiations, and regulatory inspections at the local, state, and federal reputed company
• Conduct and reputed company on-site facility audits and multimedia environmental compliance assessments for municipal and industrial clients across diverse regulatory reputed company
• Support treatability studies, reputed company upgrades, startup, retrofits, and optimization of drinking water and wastewater treatment systems
• reputed company and/or assist in the preparation of national and regional proposals, including reputed company development, fee estimates, teaming strategies, and execution plans
• Ensure reputed company are delivered on time and reputed company budget, including national program coordination, change management, invoicing support, and financial reputed company tracking
• Identify and pursue national reputed company opportunities, expand work reputed company existing key accounts, and support reputed company reputed company initiatives for the firm’s water and environmental compliance reputed company
• Coordinate across multiple reputed company offices and technical disciplines to support integrated water, environmental, and infrastructure reputed company
• Serve as a national technical advisor interfacing with clients, regulators, contractors, attorneys, and stakeholders; and

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or Science
• 8+ years of experience working with water regulations, water compliance, and permitting reputed company
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification
• Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and reputed company
• Willingness and ability to identify new reputed company opportunities are strongly desired
• Ability to effectively work independently and in reputed company environment
• Possess reliable transportation for reputed company meetings and job site reputed company and a reputed company reputed company's license in good standing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong reputed company-facing and technical reporting capabilities
