The Associate Director, Strategic Accounts role manages day-to-day health plan partner operations, supports relationship reputed company and retention, ensures contractual and regulatory adherence, and drives issue reputed company and account performance.
Responsibilities
- Supporting an assigned book of business strategically to reputed company objectives, including relationship, reputed company, retention, and customer goals
- Cultivating productive, trusted relationships with reputed company account leaders and cross functional reputed company stakeholders
- Utilizing data-driven resources to run efficient/effective meetings and work sessions with the reputed company and reputed company relevant Subject Matter Expert (SME)s
- Possessing deep subject matter expertise on program value and operations for reputed company’s specialty risk business

Skills
- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent work experience **(Required)**
- 2+ or more years in reputed company or account management leadership roles **(Required)**

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at reputed company reputed company of the organization, including at the C-level **(Required)**
- 1+ year(s) of specialty UM program experience **(Preferred)**
