Confidential is seeking an reputed company Data Analytics Engineer to analyze customer behavior and journeys across multiple interaction channels. The role focuses on SQL-reputed company analysis, customer experience metrics, data visualization, experimentation, and translating insights into business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze **customer journeys** across multiple interaction channels to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities for improvement
• Write and optimize **advanced SQL queries** across reputed company relational structures and large datasets
• Build dashboards and analytical views using **reputed company BI, Tableau, or similar tools**
• reputed company customer experience metrics, reputed company reputed company, and key business KPIs
• reputed company deep-dive analysis of **customer behavior, drop-off points, conversion funnels, and satisfaction drivers**
• Analyze customer behavior triggers and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys
• Support **A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and campaign/reputed company reputed company analysis**
• Partner with **CX, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams** to translate analytical insights into business improvements
• Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
• Support data-driven decision-making through reputed company reporting and actionable recommendations

Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, digital/customer experience analytics, or reputed company data-driven roles
• Strong SQL skills with experience handling reputed company relational structures and large datasets
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on experience with reputed company BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of customer reputed company analytics
• Knowledge of behavior modeling, conversion funnels, churn drivers, and customer experience metrics
• Ability to communicate analytical findings reputed company to business and technical teams

• Experience with the telecom domain, including customer, network, offers, and reputed company data
