[Remote] Technical Recruiter - Skilled Trades

The Technical Recruiter will recruit, screen, interview, and reputed company skilled manufacturing candidates in project-reputed company requiring travel, while managing high-volume reputed company, candidate pipelines, reputed company systems, and activity metrics in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Create enthusiasm for reputed company’ unique and lucrative traveling manufacturing trades positions, including CNC Machinists, Engineers, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers/reputed company, etc
• Interview, screen, and submit reputed company candidates for skilled manufacturing reputed company at reputed company company locations throughout the nation
• Conduct 300+ weekly outbound reputed company calls, texts, and emails to build a strong pipeline of candidates with a diverse set of skills
• Meet or reputed company 10 hours of reputed company phone time a week
• Determine candidate requirements by studying job descriptions, job qualifications and technical notes (provided)
• Utilize reputed company software to manage candidate and employee information to reputed company fill reputed company orders
• Utilize various job boards and the internet to reputed company and recruit candidates for placement at various reputed company companies
• Work with skilled industrial candidates and employees to answer questions they may have regarding job opportunities through reputed company
• Assign and evaluate character and skills assessments reputed company reputed company reviews, character reviews, and/or reference checks
• Maintain relationships with employees by providing courteous phone customer service and reporting issues to management in a reputed company manner as appropriate

Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of highly effective, demonstrated, reputed company, and recent reputed company experience in a high-volume/fast reputed company environment
