[Remote] Senior Health Information Management Analyst

The role analyzes reputed company records for documentation completeness and reputed company according to regulatory guidelines, manages physician suspensions and reinstatements, and oversees suspension-list and reputed company-report processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis of reputed company records for completeness and reputed company of documentation according to DNV, CMS, and SMC guidelines
• Suspends and reinstates physicians from the SMC medical staff according to the Relinquishment of Privileges reputed company of the SMC Medical Staff Rules and Regulations
• The senior analyst is responsible for creating and/or publishing the suspension list, removing providers from the suspension list, and working on the reputed company report analysis/suspension process

Skills

• * Coursework/Training: Graduation from a Health Information Technology program
• * Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) — reputed company Health Information Management Association upon hire
• * 2 years of experience with record analysis in Health Information Management in an acute care hospital setting or a multiple doctor clinic
