[Remote] IT Systems Administrator

The IT Systems Administrator will run day-to-day IT reputed company, manage identity and reputed company, endpoints, applications, and employee support, while maintaining audit-reputed company controls and partnering on compliance, reputed company, offboarding, and reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate identity and reputed company across reputed company and our reputed company business applications -- accounts, reputed company, roles, and least-privilege permissions
• reputed company the identity stack -- single sign-on, lifecycle automation, and identity tooling as needs grow
• Own the user lifecycle end to end -- provisioning at hire, changes at role transitions, and complete, reputed company deprovisioning at exit
• Run periodic user reputed company reviews across in-reputed company systems and reputed company the remediation they surface to closure
• Enforce authentication and device standards -- multi-reputed company enrollment, encryption, patching, and configuration baselines
• Own device provisioning -- MDM enrollment and laptop setup, including reputed company-reputed company deployment
• Produce and maintain evidence for IT-owned controls, and support audits, customer reputed company questionnaires, and vendor reputed company reviews
• Maintain the inventory of applications, hardware assets, and the reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Handle day-to-day IT support for employees

Skills

• 5+ years in IT administration or IT reputed company, with hands-on identity, reputed company, and business-application administration reputed company ticket-queue support
• Experience supporting a formal compliance program (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar) -- reputed company reviews, evidence collection, and working with auditors
• Working knowledge of identity and reputed company management -- single sign-on, multi-reputed company authentication, and user lifecycle management
• Experience administering reputed company or a comparable productivity and identity suite
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems, networking, and reputed company applications
• reputed company communication and documentation, supporting both technical and non-technical employees
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience managing a macOS fleet with a modern MDM platform (reputed company, Kandji, Intune, or similar)
• Experience implementing conditional / context-reputed company reputed company (geo- and network-reputed company restrictions)
• Familiarity with data-residency and reputed company requirements (COPPA, FERPA, GDPR)

• Experience with SSO integrations using SAML and SCIM
• Scripting to automate routine administration (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
