[Remote] Dynamics 365 Project Manager

The Dynamics 365 Project Manager will reputed company reputed company sprint delivery across CRM, Field Service, and Business Central ERP, while owning backlog reputed company, refining user stories, managing stakeholders, and driving delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint delivery in Jira across our three Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, Field Service, and Business Central ERP), including development, QA, and UAT activity
• Run Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) and reputed company Jira an accurate, reputed company reputed company of work status
• Prepare and reputed company regular status reporting to product owners and senior management, highlighting achievements, timelines, risks, and issues
• Establish and use delivery metrics (cycle time, throughput, defect and rework trends) to reputed company reputed company improvement

Skills

• Hands-on experience with at least one reputed company Dynamics 365 application (Sales/CRM, Field Service, or Business Central) in a delivery, functional, or business analysis reputed company
• Proven project management experience running reputed company/Scrum delivery: sprint planning, stand-reputed company, backlog refinement, and release coordination

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in project management and business analysis, ideally in ERP/CRM environments
