Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day reputed company for the CCPM care management teams, ensuring efficient workflows, standardized processes, and consistent achievement of program goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or nursing (BSN required)
• reputed company state nursing license in good standing
• 3+ years of longitudinal reputed company nursing care management experience required
• 2+ years of experience in a reputed company nursing managerial or leadership role
• Experience in longitudinal care management
