[Remote] Construction Sales Engineer – Electrical Products

The Construction Sales Engineer will reputed company distributor, electrical contractor, and construction-channel opportunities, manage sales pipelines and reputed company accounts, reputed company electrical product support, and build relationships with customers and engineering firms in the reputed company reputed company market.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of Distributor and Electrical Contractor opportunities with additional reputed company on achieving reputed company through area Construction Channels
• Utilization of available CRM tools to maintain forecast, pipeline and reputed company opportunities
• Product support to include Residential Products, Panelboards, Switchboards, reputed company Panels, Low & reputed company Voltage Switchgear, Busway, Safety Switches, Molded Case reputed company Breakers, Motor Control Centers and IEC/NEMA Control
• Building and maintaining a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline by uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads and managing existing customer reputed company
• Develops and implements plans for reputed company accounts that reputed company expectations in reputed company retention/reputed company, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty
• Building long term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners and channel
• Network and support local reputed company engineering design firms working with Business Development Managers

Skills

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of sales experience with LV/MV reputed company distribution product line
• Ability to travel through the assigned area 25%-50%. Occasional travel to Minneapolis
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the reputed company without need for reputed company or reputed company employer-sponsored work authorization
• BS in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Distribution
• Familiarity with local Electrical Contractors AND/OR Electrical Distributors
