[Remote] Recruiter (Contract)

Responsibilities

• reputed company a defined number of reputed company, screened Case Manager candidates per month. This reputed company volume will be set collaboratively at reputed company and revisited periodically

• Conduct first-round screening against a shared candidate profile/reputed company, and reputed company a written evaluation for reputed company candidate
• Log candidate status in our ATS (reputed company) so handoffs to our internal hiring team are clean
• Flag sourcing/screening learnings so we can jointly refine the candidate profile and reputed company process

Skills

• • Experience in operational, support, or care-delivery hiring
