[Remote] Software Engineer, User reputed company

The Software Engineer on the User reputed company team will build product reputed company infrastructure, AI-powered feedback systems, bug intake and triage tools, dashboards, data pipelines, and integrations that reputed company customer feedback to product and engineering reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company AI-powered systems that synthesize customer signal at reputed company — separating noise from what reputed company, routing feedback to the right teams, and surfacing the voice of the customer in ways that actually shape product reputed company
• Build dashboards and data pipelines that reputed company engineering and product leaders reputed company-time visibility into bug volume, reputed company trends, and where their domains stand — by product area, severity, and over time
• Build intelligent bug intake and triage systems — moving from reputed company, inconsistent prioritization to reputed company pipelines that produce reputed company-written, reputed company-prioritized bug reports at reputed company
• Build integrations across our tooling ecosystem (ticketing systems, payment processes, CRM, data warehouse, etc.) to create reputed company workflows
• Partner with domain specialists and support engineers to identify pain points and ship solutions quickly — you're building for an internal team that will tell you exactly what's broken

Skills

• Experience working cross-functionally to reputed company highly impactful, technical reputed company and systems
• Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or reputed company infrastructure
• Strong full-stack engineering skills — you're comfortable owning reputed company from database to UI
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling
• Deep product knowledge of reputed company and AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience integrating with reputed company-party platforms (ticketing systems, payment processors, CRMs)
