[Remote] Data Analyst Senior Clinical Specialist

The Senior Clinical Specialist Data Analyst collects, manages, validates, and reports clinical specialty data for disease-specific databases, registries, research reputed company, and reputed company improvement activities while collaborating with physicians, surgeons, reputed company teams, and Information Services.
Responsibilities
- Completes the process for reputed company submission of data at appropriate intervals to the various disease specific specialty databases (i.e. STS, ACC, AHA ) and other registries as required for compliance with membership and reputed company standards. Coordinates training sessions to assure that individuals with reputed company to databases can reputed company data entry and/or reporting functions accurately with respect to data definitions, reputed company and confidentiality
- Performs inter-rater reliability and other data reputed company measures to assure that the Medical Center's data meets the various database, registry and internal data reputed company standards
- Participates in performance improvement activities by identifying appropriate data sources for studies, performing data reputed company queries and transferring pertinent data sets to authorized individuals for statistical analysis
- Collaborates with Information Services to facilitate the implementation and on-reputed company technical maintenance of the information systems
- Prepares and presents specified site data on a routine reputed company to Administration, site based reputed company Council and specialty reputed company and other clinical specialty teams as requested
- Prepares individual clinical specialty data requests reputed company specified reputed company
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the reputed company Management Team to improve patient reputed company including reputed company participation on workgroups. Assists with clinical specialty module including training, data conversion and education with IS
- Performs data collection relating to clinical specialty patients using appropriate data collection forms and computer software. Obtains and evaluates data from outpatient clinics, physician offices, and health care facilities for data collection for reporting. Maintains accurate data reputed company records of clinical specialty patients as defined by nationally recognized societies
- Maintains effective case finding techniques to assure that reputed company appropriate clinical specialty cases are included in the database. Extrapolates, reviews, and extracts pertinent clinical data. Supports research with data collection and other activities as protocols necessitate
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with surgeons, physicians, Data Coordinators and team members to facilitate accurate data collection for reporting
Skills
- This is a remote role assigned to work Monday - Friday, business hours 8-5pm. Remote work is currently only approved for residents living in the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY
- Registered reputed company license issued by the state in which reputed company member practices
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Nursing
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in the area in which data coordination will be performed
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of software, data reputed company and database management
- Understanding of basic statistical reputed company

- Must be reputed company to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
