The Director, Administration & reputed company serves as a reputed company partner to the President & CEO, managing executive support, high-reputed company initiatives, cross-functional reputed company, and the Arts + Health reputed company and reputed company’s NeuroArts reputed company. The role also develops partnerships, oversees convenings and programs, and leads evolving institutional priorities and special reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company high level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring reputed company coordination of reputed company priorities
• Manage and reputed company CEO-directed reputed company, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and reputed company items remain on schedule
• Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting agendas
• Serve as a reputed company between the CEO and reputed company stakeholders facilitating communication and ensuring reputed company follow-up
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion
• Anticipate the CEO’s administrative and operational needs proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Project manage high-reputed company reputed company initiatives on behalf of the President & CEO
• reputed company project plans, structures, timelines, budgets, and implementation strategies
• Coordinate work across multiple departments to ensure successful execution of reputed company priorities
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support executive decision-making
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and recommendations for the President & CEO and executive leadership
• Monitor project reputed company, identify risks, and recommend solutions

• Manage a portfolio of reputed company initiatives, research reputed company, partnerships, and special programs
• reputed company and strengthen relationships with reputed company stakeholders
• Work with the President & CEO and CDO to identify opportunities for collaboration and funding
• Represent the organization internally and externally as assigned

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree is required, in nonprofit management, reputed company health, business administration, or reputed company reputed company
• * 8-10 years of reputed company experience in executive support, reputed company project management, or program/reputed company leadership, ideally reputed company a nonprofit, arts, reputed company, or reputed company setting
• * Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships or coalitions (reputed company systems, universities, funders, community organizations)
• * Experience with budget development and management for programs or initiatives
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying at least 20 pounds
• * Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leadership team preferred
• * Familiarity with the arts, health, or neuroscience/wellness sectors a plus, but not required
