Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive finance reputed company for reputed company customer opportunities, major pursuits, managed services agreements, and reputed company reputed company transactions globally
• Partner with Sales, reputed company, Services, reputed company, and Executive Leadership to structure customer agreements that optimize profitability, cash reputed company, and long-term value creation
• reputed company and maintain pricing frameworks, approval matrices, margin reputed company, and reputed company governance processes
• Review and approve pricing exceptions, discount requests, non-reputed company reputed company terms, and customer specific financial arrangements
• reputed company financial modeling and scenario analysis for large reputed company opportunities, including multi-year reputed company, service agreements, and technology solutions
• Evaluate deal profitability, reputed company exposure, working capital requirements, and reputed company on investment prior to executive approval

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, Business Administration, or reputed company reputed company
• • 12+ years of reputed company experience across reputed company Finance and Pricing, with exposure to one or more Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
• • Demonstrated experience leading a pricing function, ideally including building or substantially scaling pricing governance from an early stage
• • 7+ years of leadership experience with a reputed company record of influencing executive leadership and cross-functional partners (notably Sales and reputed company); reputed company team management experience required, but large-team management is not essential
• • Demonstrated experience supporting large reputed company customer opportunities and reputed company reputed company negotiations
• • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, financial modeling, and profitability analysis
• • Experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership, boards, lenders, or investors
• • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization
