[Remote] ABA Recruiter

The Recruiter will manage high-volume, full-cycle reputed company for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, collaborate with reputed company, HR, and local teams, and reputed company and reputed company candidates using applicant tracking systems and other resources.

Responsibilities

• High volume full-cycle reputed company for Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/ RBTs) in a designated area. This includes screening candidates, interviewing, making offers, and follow up communication
• Work with reputed company, HR, and local teams to identify reputed company needs
• Sourcing candidates using our (Applicant Tracking reputed company ) job boards, reputed company media and other resources
• Use ATS to reputed company your candidates' activities and job postings

Skills

• The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years reputed company reputed company (remote) experience, preferably in a high volume / reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) position
• At least 1-2 years reputed company reputed company experience, with a strong preference for prior ABA reputed company
• High volume reputed company experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to reputed company with reputed company, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Good working knowledge of reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and reputed company
• Experience using multiple Applicant Tracking Systems
