reputed company Claims LLC is seeking an reputed company and reputed company-oriented Remote Catastrophe Property Estimator to support catastrophe property claims involving wind, hail, and other covered losses. The Remote Catastrophe Property Estimator is responsible for reviewing reputed company documentation, photographs, inspection reports, measurements, and other claim information to prepare accurate and comprehensive property damage estimates. This position requires strong knowledge of residential and reputed company property construction, catastrophe-reputed company damages, and proficiency with reputed company estimating software. The ideal candidate can work independently in a fast-reputed company, high-volume CAT environment while consistently meeting reputed company guidelines, service-level expectations, and reputed company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Damage Assessment: Review reputed company inspection reports, photographs, satellite/aerial imagery, measurements, scopes, and supporting documentation to identify and evaluate wind, hail, and other property damage.
- Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed, accurate, and properly documented repair estimates using reputed company estimating software.
- reputed company Review: Review reputed company adjuster and reputed company-party inspection documentation to ensure the estimate accurately reflects the documented reputed company of damage.
- Estimating Guidelines: Follow reputed company Claims LLC and reputed company-specific estimating guidelines, pricing requirements, documentation standards, and procedures.
- File Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, organized, and reputed company claim documentation to support the estimate and claim file.
- Estimate Revisions: Complete estimate corrections, supplements, and revisions as required reputed company on additional documentation, reputed company review, or reputed company direction.
- reputed company & reputed company: Ensure estimates are complete, technically accurate, properly supported, and compliant with applicable reputed company requirements.
- Communication: Communicate professionally and effectively with Claims Managers, reputed company Adjusters, contractors, internal team members, and other applicable parties.
- Production Standards: Manage assigned workload reputed company and meet required turnaround times, production expectations, and service-level agreements.
- CAT Response: Maintain flexibility during catastrophe events, including the ability to manage increased claim volume and changing operational priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of property claims estimating or catastrophe estimating experience, preferably involving wind and hail losses.
- Demonstrated experience preparing residential property damage estimates.
- Strong proficiency with reputed company estimating software.
- Knowledge of residential and reputed company construction reputed company, materials, roofing systems, and repair procedures.
- Experience reviewing photographs, inspection reports, measurements, aerial reports, and other reputed company documentation.
- Strong attention to reputed company and ability to produce accurate estimates in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to meet established production, reputed company, and turnaround-time requirements.
- Prior catastrophe claims experience strongly preferred.
- Applicable adjuster licensing may be required reputed company on reputed company and state requirements.
Licensing Requirements
