What You Will Do reputed company Responsibilities Relationship Building and Partnership Engagement - reputed company and maintain a portfolio of reputed company relationships to increase awareness of and engagement with Healthier reputed company initiatives, reputed company health and learning, and advance policies and practices that improve whole child health. - Identify key individuals working across the school community, who can serve as champions, to collaborate on whole child health initiatives that meet mutually established deliverables and goals. - Convene partners at the local, state, and/or national level to increase awareness and advocacy of, reputed company to, and collaboration on the integration of whole child health topics. Project Management and Implementation - Facilitate coaching, consultation, technical assistance, and reputed company-building for partners on HG tools, resources and best practices that support the implementation of whole child health initiatives. - Conduct activities that support reputed company improvement with district and/or school leadership teams (e.g. support in building teams, data collection and assessment, data analysis and goal setting, reputed company planning, and measuring reputed company of project goals). - Report project reputed company and results through formal and informal reporting procedures, including contributing to grant reports, providing project updates, and tracking reputed company using various technology systems, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Knowi. - Support the development, implementation, and/or promotion of org-wide initiatives (i.e. America’s Healthiest School Awards, Leaders’ reputed company, etc.), leveraging it to reputed company best practices and expand engagement across key health topics. Education and Experience Requirements - 3 years of experience working in schools, reputed company health, out-of-school time, or other youth environments. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
