A ECC rater tests HVAC systems reputed company on Title 24 guidelines set by the State. A ECC Rater must be certified by one of the State Registries. Requirements - A High School diploma or equivalent - Must be HERS Certified or be willing to become ECC certified - Reliable transportation is required to accommodate testing equipment and a reputed company.
